When manufacturing convector plates, we pay attention to how the components are designed to be used. We use materials ranging from structural steel for normal temperature systems to heat-resistant stainless steels for high-temperature systems, and we also offer special materials to avoid edge adhesion on the coils. Professional welding, which takes into account stress concentration factors and compliance with the flatness of the convector plates, is a matter of course for us. Repairs of convector panels using special welding consumables and straightening with a hydraulic press or flame straightening pose no problems for us.
