Every year we manufacture up to 80 protective hoods of various sizes for nitrogen and hydrogen annealing. This includes protective hoods for continuous annealing systems, wire coil systems and electrical sheet annealing systems. The diameters of the protective hoods are up to 5300 mm both with smooth and with beaded mantle.
In addition to new production, we also offer a comprehensive repair service and partial renewal of protective hoods, which includes the collection of the protective cover right up to the re-delivery of the new parts. With a mechanical machining of the flanges, we ensure accuracy of fit and tightness of the protective hood following repairs. It is also possible to machine protective hoods as a whole on the machine. In addition, we also carry out repairs on site.
